Staff was not friendly and it took them awhile even to assist us. They could smile more 😊

Very convenient location for people staying at the Sheraton and even those staying at the Marriott. A short walk. Outdoor seating is available but nothing too fancy. Usual products.

I had such a great experience at Starbucks today. The moment I walked in, I was greeted so warmly that it genuinely made my morning. My latte came out perfectly—smooth, hot, and exactly how I like it. I also loved how cozy the atmosphere felt. I ended up staying longer than planned because it was just such a relaxing spot to unwind and reset. Honestly, it’s become one of my favorite places to start my day.

Horrible customer service. All three employees pictured in the aprons argued about who was going to take our order and how they didn’t want to be on register all after keeping their backs to us while we were the only people at the register/in the store. Also one was vaping and scrolling on their cellphone. Insane behavior.
